European Payment Order – Costs
The court fee amounts to 5 % of the value of litigation object, namely the amount claimed from the debtor. However in case the European Payment Order becomes final (when the debtor does not raise objections), ¾ of the fee paid into the court’s account is reverted, ¼ of the fee is adjudged to be collected from the debtor. In case objections are raised as to the European Payment Order, the whole amount is adjudged to be collected from the debtor in the judgment.
Stamp-duty for power-of-attorney in the amount of PLN 17,
other costs in case objections are raised by the defendant as to the European Payment Order (such as experts’ fees).
